PuQ does not conduct criminal background checks on users. We encourage you to exercise caution when interacting with other users. Always meet in public places and inform someone of your plans.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND MATCHES OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PuQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
